1. Processing Time

3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may attract an additional fee of Rs.50.

- Remote areas may take longer.
- You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
- If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate a replacement or refund.
